Recruiting Process for Tennis Coaches at Country Clubs - Terms and Conditions

By applying for a coaching position at our country club, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Application Process:

    • It is your responsibility to thoroughly explore our website to understand our club's identity, recruitment process, and our expectations from you.

    • Complete the application form with meticulous attention to detail. The more information you provide about yourself, the better we can assess your suitability for the role.

    • After submitting your application, please allow us 1-10 days to review your submission and get back to you.

  2. Acceptance:

    • Upon acceptance, you must once again familiarize yourself with our process and expectations by exploring our website.

    • You are required to sign our service agreement and return it to us promptly.

    • A one-time service fee of $99 (see other payments) is to be paid to confirm your commitment and initiate the search for your coaching position. This payment is not a guarantee of a job position, so please ensure you are well-prepared to present your best in the meetings.

    • Failure to submit both the service agreement and service fee will prevent you from proceeding further in the recruitment process.

    • Please keep in mind that the earlier you apply, pay, and sign, the better chance we have of finding a club that meets your needs and wants. This is not a short process or a quick job finding endeavor.

  3. Video Chat Interview with MSJ:

    • We will schedule a video chat interview with you to gain a deeper understanding of your needs and expectations from our club.

    • During this interview, we encourage you to ask any questions you may have.

    • We will discuss potential coaching options and establish a tentative timeline for informing you about your placement.

    • We will also collect additional information from you, including your resume and references.

    • This initial video chat is not the only interaction we will have; we aim to maintain ongoing communication throughout your journey and beyond, so make sure you make time to attend our messages.

  4. Video Chat Interview with a Potential Club Director:

    • We will schedule a meeting with you and a potential Club Director based on the information you provide on the application. This will be your opportunity to demonstrate who you are and what you have to offer for the job position, so please be mindful of the words you use and how you communicate with the Director.

    • During this meeting, we encourage you to address any doubts or questions you may have.

    • Be prepared for the next steps in the process.

  5. Working Together:

    • As we progress, we will continue to understand your needs and align our services accordingly.

    • You are encouraged to share any concerns or questions you may have during this process.

    • We will work together to determine your ultimate coaching destination, considering your preferences and skills.

    • You will be required to provide any necessary documentation such as your resume and references.

    • We intend to maintain regular communication with you throughout your journey and even after your placement is secured.

  6. Your Time to Shine:

    • Once you are placed at your destination, it's time to spring into action.

    • Familiarize yourself with the club and its staff members.

    • Make an effort to network and build lasting connections with fellow employees and club members.

    • Honor the commitment period you agreed upon during the recruitment process.

    • Enjoy your summer, work diligently, and make the most of this opportunity.

    • We will remain available for ongoing support, and we appreciate updates, photos, and feedback on your experience. We will follow up with you periodically during your journey.

  7. Payment for Services:

    • The payment for our total services is based on a percentage (14% to 22%) of your entire salary, whether it is annual, quarterly, semi-quarterly, or otherwise, depending on the terms set in the contract with the club. This percentage varies depending on several factors, including the complexity of the job search, the level of the position you're applying for, and the specific services we provide to cater to your individual needs.

    • It is important to note that our fee is entirely separate from your hourly rate, and we do not deduct any portion of your hourly earnings.

    • Our clients have found our services to be highly valuable. They not only achieve substantial income in a short period but also gain access to lucrative job opportunities and establish lifelong connections.
